      INFICON (英福康) 于 2011年11月15日完成了对Photovac的资产型收购. Photovac是有机挥发性气体(VOC)分析仪器的设计与生产厂商. Photovac的产品线与检测技术将有效地加强INFICON在化学分析及监控领域的市场覆盖.

      Photovac成立于1975年, 注册在美国麻省Waltham市. 在过去数十年里一直是有机挥发性气体(VOC)分析领域的市场领导者. Photovac产品线包含手提, 便携及机柜式安装型仪器, 技术涵盖气相色谱, 光离子化检测, 及火焰离子化检测. Photovac产品提供本安设计, 可使用在潜在有害的现场分析, 为环境应急监测提供快速准确的分析信息, 以便快速应对潜在的危险情况.

      Bad Ragaz/Switzerland / Syracuse/New York — November 15, 2011 — INFICON (SIX Swiss Exchange: IFCN), a leading manufacturer of instrumentation and process control software for the semiconductor and vacuum-coating industries and other industrial applications, has acquired the assets of Photovac Inc., a developer and manufacturer of volatile organic compound (VOC) detection equipment. The addition of Photovac’s products and sensor technology to the already proven line of chemical detection and monitoring systems will help INFICON expand its market reach.

      Founded in 1975, Photovac Inc. is located in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA. The company has been a leader of VOC monitoring technology for several decades. Photovac products include handheld, portable and rack mounted instruments based on Photoionization Detection, Flame Ionization Detection and Gas Chromatography technology. Many of the company’s products are intrinsically safe and provide identification and quantification of potentially hazardous VOCs on-site, giving emergency and environmental response teams the information they need to make quick, accurate decisions about potentially dangerous situations.
