名称：正品订购| hIL-12 p40 Fluor MAb (169503)
Reagents are stable for twelve months from the date of receipt when stored in the dark at 2° - 8° C. p40 is a shared subunit that occurs in the disulfide-linked heterodimeric cytokines IL-12 and IL-23.
Designed to quantitatively determine the percentage of cells containing IL-12/IL-23 p40 within a population and qualitatively determine the density of intracellular IL-12/IL-23 p40 by flow cytometry. The IgG fraction of the tissue culture supernatant was purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The purified antibody was then conjugated to CFS fluorochrome.
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, Sf 21-derived, recombinant human interleukin 23 (rhIL-23 p19/p40) heterodimer. p40 associates with the p19 subunit to form IL-23 and the p35 subunit in IL-12.
