ELISA洗板注意事项：手工洗板加洗液时冲击力不要太大，洗涤次数不要超过说明书推荐的洗涤次数，洗液在反应孔内滞留的时间不宜太长。不要使洗液在孔间窜流，造成孔问污染，导致假阴性或假阳性。要保证加液量一致我们在使用时感觉滴瓶加液不如加样器好，滴瓶不易控制加液量不准，造成显色不统一，判断错误。显色液量不可过多加样的工作环境不能处于阳光直射的环境下，加显色系统后要避光反应，显色液量不能过多，以免显色过强。
