名称：原装进口| PTEN Blocking Peptide
Directions for Use
Recommended antibody dilutions can be found on the PTEN (138G6) Rabbit mAb #9559 data sheet. PTEN (phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome ten), also referred to as MMAC (mutated in multiple advanced cancers) phosphatase, is a tumor suppressor implicated in a wide variety of human cancers (1). For western immunoblotting, add 10 µl of antibody and 10 µl of blocking peptide to 10 ml of antibody dilution buffer, and incubate at room temperature for 30 minutes before allowing to react with the blot.
Use as a blocking reagent to evaluate the specificity of antibody reactivity in immunohistochemistry protocols. Incubate for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to adding the entire volume to the slide.
This peptide is used to block PTEN (138G8) Rabbit mAb # 9559 reactivity. For immunohistochemistry, add twice the volume of peptide as volume of antibody used in 100 µl total volume.
