调制叶绿素荧光(PAM)技术是光合作用研究的有效探针,具有测量快速、数据可靠、非破坏性测量等优点。德国WALZ公司的PAM系列调制叶绿素荧光仪做为光合作用领域发表文献最多的仪器品牌,在植物生理学、病理学、生态学、农学、林学、园艺学、水生生物学、环境科学、毒理学等领域得到了广泛应用。该设备发明人Schreiber教授由于在光合作用领域的卓越贡献而获得首届国际光合作用协会(ISPR)创新奖
