【背景知识】
Dickkopf-1（DDK-1）是一种可溶性的分泌蛋白，分子量为28672Da，是Wnt信号通路的抑制因子。这个通路含有脂质修饰糖蛋白，能够细胞表面受体-介导信号的转换，从而调节细胞的活动：如细胞凋亡，细胞增殖，细胞迁移，细胞极性以及基因表达。DDK-1能够调节全部这些发展过程。由于能影响成骨细胞的分化和调控肿瘤基因活动，因而DDK-1也能够调节骨代谢。
【预期用途】
用于定量测定人DKK-1水平的酶联免疫测定，影响成骨细胞成熟的WNT信号通道的拮抗剂。仅供科研使用。
