Teensen Genesis School is a full-time, boarding and modern school integrating elementary school, junior high school, high school and international high school. The school has a high starting point plan, high standard construction, and high quality development. In terms of hardware construction, it has invested heavily in creating "five charming gardens", that is, safe campus, ecological campus, humanistic campus,smart campus, and literary campus.And in terms of teaching staff, Teensen introduces excellent management team and teacher team for high salary at home and abroad; in the goal of running a school, Teensen aims to run a pleasant education of "students' care, teachers' peace, and social trust", committed to becoming a first-class, well-known internationalized school in Jiangxi province and even in China. The school is located in Meiling National Forest Park Scenic Area (No. 499 Qicai Road), covering an area of 150 acres, with a construction area of about 40,000 square meters. The school will open in September, 2020.

Teensen Genesis school cultivates students on the five aspects of "moral, wisdom, physical, beauty and labor". Simultaneously, it also educates students "all-round, whole-process, whole-region" and advocates the integration of the "multiple intelligence" theory and the "three-life education" concept. The school offers a variety of excellent and characteristic courses, highlighting the "English in priority, Extensive Reading, Exploration and Practice, Skilled in Sports and Art". All classes in the elementary, junior and high school implement the precise teaching with "small class system within 30 students" and each class is under the careful cultivation by "double class teachers system ". Teensen is aimed at achieving the wonderful life of its students in a growing environment full of "fun, curiosity, and easy learning", in order to cultivate students’habits, inspire students’interest, and encourage students to be brave to explore and dare to innovate, and become a person of "Chinese and Western integration, knowledge and action integration" in the new era.

招聘对象及条件
在职教师
招聘对象（一）：市级以上中小学各学科带头人、骨干教师若干名。
招聘条件：
1.遵守宪法和法律，拥护中国共产党的领导、热爱教育事业、具备良好的品德、具备优良的专业素质、心理素质和沟通能力、具备适应岗位条件的身体素质。
2.具有八年以上教学经历。
3.教学及教育科研成果出众，在市级以上范围有一定的影响和知名度。全国、省级优秀教师、全国“五一”劳动奖章、全国先进工作者和全国劳动模范称号获得者在同等条件下优先聘用。
招聘对象（二）：具有三年以上教学经验的中小学各年段、各学科优秀教师若干名。
招聘条件：
1.遵守宪法和法律，拥护中国共产党的领导、热爱教育事业、具备良好的品德、具备优良的专业素质、心理素质和沟通能力、具备适应岗位条件的身体素质。
2.与学科教学相关专业，本科以上学历。
3.具有所任教学科教师资格证，普通话达到二乙以上。(语文教师普通话达到二甲以上)。
4.年龄40岁以下（1980年8月1日以后出生，条件优秀者年龄可适当放宽)。
5.全国、省级优秀教师、全国“五一”劳动奖章、全国先进工作者和全国劳动模范称号获得者在同等条件下优先聘用。
应届毕业生
1.师范类优秀本科毕业生或硕士研究生。
2.遵守宪法和法律，拥护中国共产党的领导、热爱教育事业、具备良好的品德、具备优良的专业素质、心理素质和沟通能力、具备适应岗位条件的身体素质。
3.应聘教师所持学历证书需与所教学科专业对口，并持有相关等级证书或荣誉证书。
薪酬福利待遇
一、年薪
本科以上应届毕业生10-12万；初级教师12-15万；中级教师16-20万；高级教师21-28万；学科带头人30-35万；特级教师 35-40万；管理岗位23-40万。
二、福利待遇：
1.缴纳五险一金，带薪寒暑假、结婚生育红包、生日礼物等福利待遇。
2.提供住宿及工作餐。
3.享受子女就读学费减免福利。凡在8月30日前，成功应聘入校的教师，即可享受天行创世纪提供的子女就读学费减免福利，价值约75万元。

招聘流程
一、网上报名
本次招聘采取网上报名，请扫描下方二维码，下载电子版报名及资格审查表。表格填写后发送至我校邮箱nctxcsjhr@126.com，我校将进行资格审查，报名时间为即日起至2020年6月18日止。
报名所需材料：请将报名表(填写《天行创世纪学校招聘教师报名及资格审查表》并附近期一寸免冠彩色照片)、近期生活照、身份证正反面、学历证书、学位证书、教师资格证书、职称证书、荣誉证书及其他资格证书等材料的扫描件(以压缩文件包的形式发送，文件包命名格式：应聘岗位名称+应聘者姓名，如“小学语文+xxx”）。
二、资格审查
2020年6月12日至6月18日完成资格审查，资格审查合格者将被电话通知参加面试。
三、面试
面试采用试讲/说课等形式。
四、体检
面试通过者，进入体检环节，体检费用由应聘者承担。
